Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
The Developmental Disabilities team works together to provide person-centered services directed by Individuals receiving Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities services and their families. We are strong advocates for service options and community inclusion for each individual. We strive to ensure individuals have the opportunity to have lives that are fulfilling and meaningful.

Developmental Disabilities are a diverse group of conditions that may include intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, or other neurological issues that impair intellectual and/or adaptive functioning.

Benefits
Services Coordinators provide individualized case planning with referrals to available community resources as requested.

Community Impact
People with developmental disabilities are our neighbors and friends who are active in the community. They are contributing to the education of all of us when out shopping, playing, and working. When they access our services, we assist to assure support is designed with the goal of increasing independence.
