Description
Position will coordinate activities aimed at developing a work plan to address local burden of chronic diseases related to tobacco use, physical inactivity and poor nutrition.  Position is up to 16 hours per week.
 

Qualifications / Education
High School diploma required with experience in coordination health promotion activities preferred.
