CHD Seasonal and H1N1 Flu Clinic Schedule

Flu Clinics
During the flu season we provide clinics throughout the Union County area to make it easy for you and your family to get your flu shot.  At each clinic you are welcome to stop by anytime that is convenient.  Please bring your insurance card or if you prefer to pay by cash we can accept that as well.  Please call CHD Public Health at 541-962-8801 for an appointment for children under age 10 or if you are unable to attend one of our traveling flu clinics.

Cost
The cost of the seasonal influenza vaccine is generally $30.  There is no charge to Individuals for the H1N1 vaccine.  If you have insurance CHD will bill your provider to help cover the fee for administering the vaccine, but you will not be responsible for co-pays or billed for any costs not covered by your insurance.  For more information call 541-962-8801.
