Environmental Health - Temporary Restaurant License

Union County Environmental Health Department is ready to assist you in the planning of your food related activities at festivals, stampedes, vehicle shows, or other events where food will be provided to the general public on a temporary basis.  To obtain an application for a temporary restaurant either call or download the application.  Please mail or hand deliver the completed application with your payment.
