Preparation Tasks

  • Obtain a room and set it up
  • Anticipate housekeeping details - name tags, breaks, bathrooms, eating, parking, building access, etc.
  • Make a payment envelope
  • Formulate and post a list of ground rules for group interaction ; (for example) Everyone participates, mutual respect, right to pass, all opinions honored, confidentiality
  • Plan refreshments if you choose to have them
  • Make attendance roster/sign-in sheet
