Vaccine Survey Results

Below are links to Vaccine Survey Results.  This voluntary survey was developed by CHD Public Health to gather statistics and information on how people feel about Immunizations. It was geared toward residents of Union County Oregon but was open to anyone willing to participate.  The survey was accessible via our online website and paper.  All results were combined together for analysis.  The results of this survey are not scientifically based.  If you have any questions about this survey or the results, please contact Public Health at 541-962-8836.
