Pain Management

Many individuals live with chronic pain on a daily basis. A team of professionals work with individuals to help them manage their chronic pain through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (an evidence-based practice) and Movement Therapy. The goal is for individuals to understand that, while pain can be unpleasant, their lives do not need to be placed on hold in order to manage it.
