CHD is a preferred provider for:

We are able to bill most other insurance plans and we provide services through contracts with many Employee Assistance Programs.

CHD is dependent on client fees to pay for the cost associated with treatment. We do have funds available to assist a limited number of clients with the cost of treatment, based on clinical need, family size, and household income.

In order to receive government funding, the Center for Human Development, Inc. (CHD) is required by state and county policies to charge for services it provides to the public.
