A: If you use a browser other than Internet Explorer
such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari the remote access
gateway will not work. If your Windows computer
doesn't have an up to date version of Internet Explorer
you can download it through Windows Update. An
alterative to using Internet Explorer is to use the
manual RDP file (download here). Right-click and
save as. Call Tech Services for more information.
Q: What does it mean
when it says Domain\user name?
A: This refers to the format of CHDINC\user name.
