Medication Management

Description
A team of two RN Case Managers, two Psychiatric-mental health practitioners, and one Psychiatrist provide service and support to clients in need of psychiatric medication. Our skilled RN Case Managers coordinate with pharmacies, primary care providers, and care facilities in an effort to assist clients with their medications. Medications are packaged by our RN Case Managers daily for medication delivery to clients requiring extra monitoring or assistance. Monthly injections are a service that our RN Case Managers provide.
