Installation Instructions
Download the installation file to your computer | Windows | Mac
Run the installation wizard to install the AnyConnect client
Mac users also need to install Remote Desktop Connection for Mac
Using AnyConnect
Verify that your computer is connected to the Internet
Open the AnyConnect Mobility Client
In the Ready to Connect Box, box it should say remote.chdinc.org - click Connect
Input your credentials and click OK
Use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to your remote server

Technical support will be provided for all CHD-owned equipment
CHD is not able to provide troubleshooting on personal / private computers, routers, and Internet connections due to various hardware and software configurations beyond verifying CHD technical services are functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing connectivity issues using the AnyConnect software, try rebooting your DSL or Cable modem and your computer. Verify you have a working Internet connection.
