Environmental Health

Environmental Health is a branch of Public Health that is concerned with all aspects of the natural and built environment that may affect human health. The Environmental Health team inspects and enforces health safety regulations for food service, tourist facilities, and the natural environment. They investigate water, food, and vector borne-diseases, as well as high levels of lead in the blood of young children.  Environmental Health follows up on complaints by the public on facilities they license and inspect. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact 541-962-8818.
